personal chef service founded in 2002 by Bruce Blank after
studying culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America. The
Big Dog is "the 2nd course for Second Course" and was a
natural addition to preparing great meals for families just like
yours, cooking elegant fare for parties and catering small
corporate events.

by the Montgomery County (PA)
Health Department. Bruce Blank, the
owner/chef, is certified nationally as
a food handler by the National
Restaurant Association through their
"ServSafe" program.
